Laura is an executive coach, facilitator, and talent development consultant who helps leaders make the changes their organizations need without compromising who they are or what they value. With over 16 years of experience spanning business, consulting, and HR, along with a Dartmouth/Tuck MBA and a Duke psychology degree, Laura brings both strategic rigor and deep human insight to her work.
Previously, Laura led coaching, executive development, and talent strategy at Flatiron Health (acquired by Roche for $1.9B) and Citi, where she built leadership pipelines and shaped organizational culture during periods of significant change. She works with leaders who refuse to choose between organizational impact and personal integrity, showing them how to do both. Her clients learn to lead from their strengths, make tough calls that align with their principles, and create cultures where performance and authenticity reinforce each other rather than compete.
Laura primarily collaborates with executives, founders, and senior leaders at start-ups and scale-ups across the healthcare, technology, and financial services sectors. Clients - especially those who lead differently than the traditional playbook suggests - often come to Laura feeling stuck between what their organization needs and who they want to be. Post-engagement, they report knowing how to do both—and having greater clarity about the impact only they can make.
