What to expect

FOR THE CEO

You'll work directly with a lead systems coach who oversees the coaching of your entire executive team. Your experience includes:

  • CEO Coaching
    Dedicated 1:1 coaching focused on helping you articulate your vision, build a high performing leadership team and drive organizational effectiveness
  • Team Coaching Architecture
    Your executives will be paired with vetted coaches after chemistry calls to ensure fit
  • Business-Aligned Themes
    Quarterly synthesis of coaching insights (excluding personal/confidential details) to surface team-wide opportunities and challenges
  • Offsite & Culture Design
    We use these business themes to design impactful offsites, support strategic alignment, and strengthen your culture
FOR THE EXECUTIVE TEAM

You're not just growing as an individual—you're part of a leadership ecosystem. Working with a systems coach, you will:

  • Select your coach
    You'll be invited to participate in a chemistry call to ensure fit with an expert coach on our team. You'll then craft a development plan with your coach to maximize your growth and business impact from the coaching engagement.
  • Align with your manager
    You will engage in a Manager Alignment session with your manager (CEO) and coach to share your development plan, align on areas of focus, and create a growth orientation to your work together outside of coaching.
  • Engage in confidential coaching
    You'll receive 1:1 coaching that's confidential and guided by your development plan. We'll also provide a quarterly synthesis of organization insights (excluding personally identifying details) to surface recommendations to the CEO.
